If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase or if you want to exchange for a different size please contact us via email pingypaws@hotmail.com and we will send you return address along with any additonal costs that may apply. Please note if exchanging for a larger size there will be a cost plus delivery.

All products are sent second class signed for via Royal Mail. Most items are made to order so please allow up to 10 working days from date of order especially during our busiest times (Autumn/Winter)

Care Instructions

​To keep your coat looking its best and maintain the fleece’s insulating properties:

• ​Machine Wash: Cool or warm cycle.
• ​Air Dry Only: Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the fleece fibers.
• ​Quick Drying: Because the material holds so little water, it will air-dry very quickly!
