Measuring Guide
Here’s a clear guide to help you measure your dog for the perfect coat fit.
Start with a fabric measuring tape, as it offers more accuracy than a ruler.
For back length, measure from the bottom of the neck between the shoulder blades to the base of the tail.
For the neck, measure around the widest part, ensuring it's not too tight.
Measure the chest at its deepest part, allowing space for three fingers under the tape for comfort.
For the front legs, measure from the highest point the wither down to the desired length, and for the back leg measure the height from the spine straight down the leg to the length you require it to finish. We advise you do not measure down to the foot.
Finally we measure the chest front between the legs by standing in front of your dog, measuring the width of chest from between the inside of right leg to inside of left leg (armpit to armpit). This will ensure there is enough movement for the dog.
Double your measurements to ensure they are accurate especially if it's your first time!

Sizing Guide
Please note the guide below is for ascertaining which size your dog falls into in order to create a price. Once you know which size option your dog falls into please ensure you send all measurements to us as per the guide.
X Small - Chest up to 48cm / Back up to 30cm (if chest is above 48/back above 30 you require the next size)
Small - Chest between 49cm to 60cm / Back between 31cm to 45cm
(if chest is above 60/back above 45 you require next size)
Medium - Chest between 61cm to 70cm / Back between 46cm to 67cm
(if chest is above 70/back above 67 you require next size)
Large - Chest between 71cm to 83cm / Back between 68cm to 75cm
(if chest is above 83/back above 75 you require next size)
X Large - Chest from 84cm to 100cms / Back from 76cm to 85cms
If your dogs measurements are bigger than 100cm Chest and/or 85cm Back please contact us at pingypaws@hotmail.com with your dogs measurements and if we are able to cater for your dog we will send you a personal quotation across.
Example - If your dog has a chest of 45cm and a back of 35cm this would be a Small size.
